About
A Coffee Farm
We’re a single estate coffee farm on the south slope of Mauna Loa in Kaʻu, Hawaii — one of the most remote and underrated coffee-growing regions in the state.
Kaʻu sits at elevation, gets reliable rain from the mountain, and has soil enriched by centuries of volcanic activity. It’s not glamorous to describe. It just makes very good coffee.
What We Do
We grow it, process it, and roast it ourselves. When you order, we roast. Not before. That means your coffee ships within a few days of roasting — not a few months after sitting in a warehouse somewhere.
We offer three products: Washed, Craft Fermentation, and Green Bean for those who want to roast their own. Each one comes from the same farm, processed differently to bring out different sides of the same coffee.
Farm Pickup
If you’re on the Big Island, you’re welcome to pick up directly from the farm. Text us at 206.799.1679 to arrange a time. We’re at 96-3805 Kaalaiki Road, Pahala, HI 96777.
