Top 10 at the 2025 HCA Statewide Cupping Competition

We entered our Catuai Craft Fermentation coffee in the 2025 Hawaii Coffee Association Statewide Cupping Competition and placed 10th in the Creative Division, Pulped Category with a score of 86.092.

We were one of only two Kaʻu farms in the top 10, competing against well-known Kona farms. For a young farm still building its roots, this result confirms that what we are growing on these slopes is the real thing.

The Catuai we entered is processed using 120-hour anaerobic fermentation before washing. Clean, complex, and full of character.
