This is a 100% Ka’u Single Estate Blend of 75% Lempira and 25% Catuai, processed using a craft fermentation method. After pulping, the beans underwent a dry fermentation with wine yeasts for 120 hours (~5 days), followed by a wash and drying. The Medium-Light roast enhances its fruity-floral-winey fragrance, delivering light sweetness and a long, juicy finish. A vibrant and expressive cup, this coffee showcases how controlled fermentation can elevate complexity and depth.
