Washed Blend

This is a 100% Ka'u Single Estate Blend of 85% Lempira and 15% Catuai, processed using the traditional washed method. After pulping, the beans were submerged in water overnight and underwent a naturally occurring fermentation, followed by a wash and sun-drying. Notes of dried fruit and citrus, with a smooth, clean finish. This cup offers clarity and balance, letting the varietal’s character shine through with a more straightforward, familiar elegance.

Drip/Pour Over - Medium-Light Roast
A true medium-light roast that showcases the beans’ bright, floral flavors at their full potential. Roasted quickly and dropped at the end of first crack.

Espresso - Medium Roast
A balanced medium roast with greater caramel and chocolate depth, complemented by fruity and floral highlights. Roasted slightly longer and a little darker than the Drip profile to soften the acidity and create a more rounded flavor.
